Struggling with stiff, painful joints? Try this tasty juice recipe, made with ingredients known to cool the fires of inflammation and may help you get some much-deserved relief!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Uber-Ripe Pineapple
  • 2 Pomegranates
  • 3” Thumb of Ginger

Instructions

  • Remove the top and peel (optional) the pineapple.
  • Peel the pomegranates.
  • Scrub the ginger.
  • Run the ingredients through your juicer and enjoy!!!

Notes

I definitely suggest peeling pomegranates prior to juicing. The peel imparts a strong, astringent flavor that most find unpleasant. But if you’ve tried to get all those tiny seeds out by hand, you know what a chore it is. So, I researched peelers to do the job and my all-time favorite is the Pelamatic Pro.
