The Juice: I’m Berry Healthy

Makes 36 fl oz

This antioxidant fruit juice recipe is a tasty way to boost your health!

Ingredients

1 Cantaloupe Melon

6 oz Blackberries

12 oz Strawberries

3” Thumb of Turmeric

1 Lime

Directions

Peel and deseed (optional) the melon.

Wash both blackberries and strawberries.

Scrub the turmeric root.

Peel (optional) the lime.

Run all ingredients through your juicer and enjoy!!!
