  • Author: JuiceFeaster
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 16 fl oz 1x

Description

Anemia caused by low iron is the most common blood disorder in the U.S., with symptoms ranging from mildly annoying to life-threatening. What we eat and drink can help improve anemia, and this beet juice for iron juice shot is one way to help!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 Large Beets
  • 1 Orange
  • 16 oz Strawberries
  • 1 Lemon

Instructions

  1. Scrub the beets.
  2. Peel the orange.
  3. Rinse the strawberries.
  4. Peel (optional) the lemon.
  5. Run all ingredients through your juicer, pour into shot glass jars, and enjoy!

Notes

Batch juicing shots like this is super easy when you have suitable jars for the job. I love these little juice shot jars because they stand up to freezing and thawing without issue. When you freeze juice shots or any other juice, always leave a little headspace at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.
