Description
Anemia caused by low iron is the most common blood disorder in the U.S., with symptoms ranging from mildly annoying to life-threatening. What we eat and drink can help improve anemia, and this beet juice for iron juice shot is one way to help!
Ingredients
- 2 Large Beets
- 1 Orange
- 16 oz Strawberries
- 1 Lemon
Instructions
- Scrub the beets.
- Peel the orange.
- Rinse the strawberries.
- Peel (optional) the lemon.
- Run all ingredients through your juicer, pour into shot glass jars, and enjoy!
Notes
Batch juicing shots like this is super easy when you have suitable jars for the job. I love these little juice shot jars because they stand up to freezing and thawing without issue. When you freeze juice shots or any other juice, always leave a little headspace at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.Â
