One of my top tips is to have 5 favorite juice recipes that you make frequently and love every time you do. These go-to recipes will form the backbone of your juicing lifestyle! Amongst the five should be one that features celery and cilantro for all their health-supporting benefits. Here is what I consider the best celery juice recipe in my entire repertoire. Try it and add it to your top five!

The Details: Drink to Your Health!

Celery juice is packed with important vitamins (like 74% RDV of Vitamin K!) and minerals that can benefit overall health. It’s packed with the phytonutrients luteolin and pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) which are thought to reduce gut inflammation.

Cilantro is a shining star for its health-boosting properties; potentially protecting the brain against nerve damage and the effects of Alzheimer’s disease, boosting the immune system, lowering heart disease risk factors, promoting gut health and digestion, fighting bacterial infections, and protecting the skin against aging. Talk about a health champion!

Ginger and turmeric are powerhouses in their own right with their anti-inflammatory properties. Learn more about what they can do, and try another juice recipe, by checking out my Anti-Inflammatory Juice Shot!

Cucumbers and apples are both thought to be beneficial for skin health and aid in relieving constipation.

The Juicer: Nama J2 Juicer

The Nama J2 is a great choice for any home juicer!

I made the Celery Cilantro Tonic on the Nama J2! This juicer is the fastest cold-press juicer on the market!

You gotta love the Nama J2 because it’s SO easy and quick to use! I love the giant hopper that’s the reason for its greatness. It opens up to allow you to juice large pieces of produce with little to no processing. I juice whole pineapples, only peeling and chopping off the top!

Just as great is the ability to walk away while it juices. Just load up the huge hopper, snap the lid shut, and let the juicer do the work! This allows you to clean up your workspace or get more produce ready to roll, making your juicing even quicker.

The yield is good, the nutrient quality high, and it’s super easy to clean. Honestly, this is my top recommendation for the home juicer of any experience level, from newbie to die-hard!
