This juice is packed with the cold and flu nemesis, good old vitamin C, found in both oranges and pineapple. Scale
  • 4 Oranges
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2” Thumb of Ginger
  • 2” Thumb of Turmeric

Instructions

  1. Peel the oranges

Notes

Add a dash of pepper to your glass before drinking to help with curcumin absorption (the active ingredient in turmeric).

I like juicing one or two of my citrus with the peel on in any given juice recipe. There are powerful compounds in citrus peel oils When you keep it to one or two pieces, typically, the bitterness from those oils is well masked by the overall flavor of the juice. Experiment and see what you like best.
