Ingredients

  • 4 Apples
  • 2 Kale Leaves
  • 1 Bundle of Parsley
  • 2 c Broccoli
  • 1 c Green Cabbage

Instructions

  1. Wash the apples.
  2. Wash and pat dry the kale and parsley.
  3. Rinse the broccoli and cabbage.
  4. Run all ingredients through your juicer and enjoy!!!

Notes

If you make a green juice that’s a bit too “green” tasting for your liking, add more sweet fruits like the apples in this recipe. Over time, you will grow accustomed to the flavors and you’ll begin to crave them!
