Green juice is packed with nutrition and vitality-bolstering properties. While greens are great on their own, combining them with other ingredients allows them to work in synergy for a host of different health goals. For this recipe, kale, parsley, and pineapple take center stage; resulting in a green juice for gut health that tastes as great as it is good for you.

The Details: Gut-Loving Goodness
Pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme that helps break down our food more easily thus allowing our bodies to focus more on bolstering our overall well-being. Bromelain has also been shown to have antibacterial properties that may prevent harmful bacteria growth and reduce inflammation.
Kale and parsley are loaded with antioxidants and phytonutrients that are incredibly advantageous to beneficial gut bacteria. Both are rich in chlorophyll and vitamins K and C, as well as the mineral magnesium. These vitamins and minerals are not only great for the gut, but also help support healthy vision, circulatory and cardiovascular systems, and more!

I made this juice on the Kuvings CS700 to see how well it does with greens. It handled them like a champ!
The pulp is nice and dry, with low foam and minimal pulp in the juice. Minimal chopping was required thanks to the large 3.5” feed chute making adding ingredients super fast and easy.
Add in the fact that it has a motor designed to run 24 hours at a time and has NSF commercial certification and this makes it a great juicer. Especially if you are making tons of juice or selling your juice as a business. If you’re ready to level up your juicing game, consider the Kuvings CS700!
