Help get a handle on your high blood pressure with this deliciously simple juice recipe featuring pumpkin.


  • 1 Small Pie Pumpkin
  • 4 Carrots
  • 3 Oranges
  • 1 Lemon
  • Dash of Cinnamon


  1. Cut the pumpkin into chunks; don’t peel or deseed.
  2. Scrub the carrots.
  3. Peel the oranges and lemon (optional).
  4. Run all ingredients through your juicer, pour into a glass, add a dash of cinnamon, and enjoy!!!


I typically don’t deseed or peel the produce I juice. You get additional nutritional and health benefits by including the seeds and skins of most fruits and vegetables when juicing.
