Try Juicing for Hydration

Drinking plain water is good, but consuming fresh juice brings with it numerous compounds that can counteract brain fog more effectively. Vitamin C, found in abundance in both oranges and pineapple, has been shown to improve cognitive function through its role in the formation of neural myelin sheath (which protects the nerve cell and is responsible for the speed of signal transmission) as well as the maturation of neurons in the brain.

Juicing for hydration is a great way to combat brain fog. This hydrating juice recipes is simple and tasty. Try it and see how it makes you feel!

The enzyme bromelain found in pineapples increases blood flow to the brain, improving alertness through increased oxygen levels. Studies also indicate it has a protective effect on the brain through its ability to destabilize the plaque buildup in the brains of Alzheimer patients.
