Juicing for Gallstones

Gallstones are quite common, with an estimated 25 million Americans affected. The vast majority of those stones are made up of cholesterol, which happens when your liver excretes more than your bile can handle. This is typically a result of a high-fat diet. Help your body help itself by juicing for gallstones. This not only increases your fresh fruit and veggie intake, but it also supplies important vitamins and minerals associated with a healthy gallbladder.

The Details: Break ‘Em Up!

Research suggests that fresh fruits and vegetables are great for your gallbladder. Fresh juice takes those nutrients and concentrates them in a super-hydrating form that can help you clear out those stones!

Mint contains menthol, a termine that is thought to help dissolve gallstones by increasing bile acid while reducing cholesterol levels in the bile.

Cucumbers and apples are an excellent source of activated (nutrient-rich) water that helps flush the gallbladder, keeping bile from building up.

Limes contain vitamin C which is thought to help break up gallstones by stimulating the conversion of cholesterol to bile acids.

The Juicer: Kuvings REVO830

Kuvings REVO830 Juicer makes juicing for gallstones quick and easy!

I made the Double Fresh using the Kuvings REVO830 juicer. Make delicious juice FAST and a whole lot more!

The Kuvings REVO830 is a super fast cold press juicer. Seasoned juicers know that cold press and fast typically don’t go together, but thanks to its dual-feed produce hopper the REVO830 does just that.

This ingenious design eliminates the need to chop most ingredients. One side handles long produce like carrots, cucumbers, celery, and greens while the other handles large items like apples, beets, and oranges. If it fits, put it in with no need to chop!

The REVO830 not only makes delicious juice fast. It also can do smoothies, sorbets, nut milk, and nice cream. It has a powerful upgraded motor that is super quiet and lets you run non-stop for up to 45 minutes.

This machine is backed by an amazing 15-year warranty. I definitely recommend the Kuvings REVO830 for any home juicer. It’s one of my go-to juicers, and I love it!
