Description

This simple, 3 ingredient combination is incredible for a host of inflammatory stomach issues. It packs a multitude of antioxidants, phytonutrients, vitamins, minerals, and enzymes that are great for the stomach. Not to mention, juicing for gut inflammation is absolutely delicious!


Ingredients

  • 4 c Black Grapes
  • 1 c Red Cabbage
  • 1 Lime

Instructions

  1. Rinse and destem the grapes.
  2. Chop the cabbage.
  3. Peel the lime (optional).
  4. Run all ingredients through your juicer and enjoy!!!

Notes

I like to stick with black grapes for this recipe, but you can use any grapes to get that essential vitamin C boost. Experiment to see what variety you like best!

Another tip is to leave the peel on the lime. I do this when I have only 1 or 2 pieces of smaller citrus to juice, as it adds a little zip from the essential oils in the peel without imparting too much bitter taste. There are beneficial compounds in that oil, too, that can add to the health-supporting properties of your juice.
