  • Author: JuiceFeaster
  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 64 fl oz 1x

Description

Passing kidney stones is a remarkably painful experience that no one wants to go through. There are things we can do to help prevent them, like drinking this delicious juice!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Uber Ripe Pineapple
  • 1/2 C Fresh Coconut Milk

Instructions

Fresh Coconut Milk

  1. Crack open the coconut, carefully capturing the coconut water.
  2. Scrape out the white flesh, removing any brown rind that remains.
  3. Blend the flesh, coconut water, and 20 oz water until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a fine mesh bag and press the liquid into a bowl or pitcher and set aside.

Final Tropi-Coco Mylk Juice

  1. Cut off the top, remove the skin (optional), and chop the pineapple.
  2. Run the pineapple through your juicer.
  3. Mix the pineapple juice with the coconut milk and enjoy!

Notes

You can make your fresh coconut milk using either mature coconut, as I’ve done, or young coconut. The difference will be in the resulting milk. A mature coconut will give you a creamier, denser milk while the young will yield a thinner, lighter one. Either one will work with this recipe, so try both and see which you like best. Stay Juicy!!!
